Frequently asked questions


How does COVID-19 affect my ticket purchase?

Due to COVID-19, some shows we're postponing, rescheduling, or cancelling. We will inform all ticket holders via email/phone of any event updates. You can also reference our website and Facebook events for up-to-date show information.

If a show is postponed and a new date has yet to be announced, please hang on to your ticket and we will send you additional information as soon as it is available. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

If a show has been rescheduled, and you cannot make the new date, you can keep your ticket or request a refund. 

If a show is cancelled, you will be notified and given refund information via email.

Do you have an age restriction?

We are All-Ages unless otherwise noted.


Do you have free parking?

Yes! There is free parking at the venue. 


Is there seating at your venue?

Yes, we can seat up to 50 depending on the event and how we have the room set up for a particular show. However, all tickets are sold as General Admission and the available seating is first come first serve. The total capacity for the room can be as higher for certain shows, and any show that isn’t fully seated will be noted as “Limited Seating Available” within the event’s description. 


Do you take reservations?

We do not take reservations. 


Do you serve food?

We have a specialty food/drink for VIP events only. 


Is there smoking?

No, we are a smoke free venue.


Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, we do not sell tickets at the venue. You can purchase them through eventbrite.com.


When can I enter the venue for my show?

We typically have one single show for the entire night.


What does “Sold Out” mean?

That means that all available inventory of tickets for that show have been sold. 


Is Music Makers Stage handicapped accessible?

Yes, but it does require us to make accommodations.  Please call the venue at least one day in advance and speak to a manager ahead of time to make sure your time with us is enjoyable and comfortable.


What is your camera policy?

It depends on the artist. Please be sure to ask by email before bringing a professional camera. Also, no flash photography. 


Is there an ATM located inside of the Music Makers Stage?

No


How can I get my band booked at the Music Makers Stage?

Please refer to the Contact page on our website or musicmakersstage@gmail.com and be sure to include your bands name, a link to music (please do not send song files attached), your expected draw (how many people you can bring out), and any other links to your band/artist on the web.


Can I rent the Music Makers Stage for my special event?

Yes! We rent out the room for showcases, private events, video/photo shoots, etc or whichever event you wish to celebrate! Send inquiries to musicmakersstage@gmail.com

We have joined many other local venues and made the health and safety of our staff, artists and customers our highest priority. Effective January 1,2022 and until further notice, all patrons artists and staff are required to either present proof of Covid-19 full vaccination or negative Covid-19 test administered by or under the supervision of a healthcare provider and taken within 48 hours of show entry. Proof of vaccination and test results must bear a name that matches the government-issued identification for the patron that is seeking entry. We will continue assessing information by the CDC
